One of our key Running and Coaching Specialists. Armed with a PhD in chemistry, Dr. McNeil arrived at Northwest Christian University in 2002. She shortly designed and started their Exercise Science major in addition to serving as NCU’s head coach for cross country and track and field for over a decade. In 2015, her women’s team won a National Championship. Dr. McNeil is a lifelong athlete and learner. Her years of witnessing high rates of injury among runners coupled with the experience of injury herself led Dr. McNeil to join forces with Project Dasein.
