The Project Dasein membership provides a lower-cost way for customers to try the most advanced wearable technology without a high upfront cost. Project Dasein also believes in continuing to deliver new features, analytics, and benefits, and a membership model allows us to continue investing in the best possible customer experience.

Your Project Dasein membership includes a free Aletheia Sensor, access to the Project Dasein app, which includes personalized insights and performance reports. Project Dasein is continually adding new features and functionality directly to the app without the need to buy new hardware.

Your membership begins once you have received your Aletheia sensor and connected to it for the first time. The days when your Aletheia is in transit will not be charged as part of your monthly subscription. If you receive your Aletheia but do not connect to it then your subscription will begin 14 days after you made your initial purchase.

1. Membership is $19.97/month.

2. Cancel any time.

3. User pays shipping unless direct in-person pickup/dropoff.

4. If sensor is not returned after subscription is canceled, user is charged $80.

5. If sensor is lost, user is charged $80 for replacement.

6. Defective sensors will be replaced free of charge.

7. Users will always have access to their data and account even if membership is canceled.

8. Users will not be able to record new runs without a valid membership.

9. When membership is canceled user has until end of billing period to continue using sensor.

10. No refunds if a user cancels.

11. Sensors must be mailed back within 7 days of cancelling subscription.

12. Only sensor needs to be returned, not belt or charge cable.
