Terms of Sale

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Project Dasein LLC ("Company") and the individual or entity ("Member") subscribing to services or purchasing the Aletheia sensor ("Product"). By subscribing to our services or purchasing our Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION
2.1. Membership to the Company's services is available at a monthly fee of $19.97.
2.2. Membership grants access to the Dasein application and associated services.
2.3. Members may cancel their subscription at any time; however, access to the Dasein application will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
2.4. No refunds will be provided for any portion of the subscription period.
3. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
3.1. The Aletheia sensor will be shipped to Members for a fee of $8.97, unless the Member chooses to collect the Product from a designated partner location, in which case the shipping fee is waived.
3.2. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. RETURN POLICY
4.1. Members are required to initiate return of the Aletheia sensor within 7 days following the termination of their subscription.
4.2. Failure to return the Product within the specified timeframe will result in a charge of $80.
4.3. The return requirement applies solely to the Aletheia sensor; associated items such as the belt and charge cable are not required to be returned.
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
5.1. Replacement of lost or additional Aletheia sensors is available for a fee of $80, plus shipping costs if applicable.
5.2. Defective sensors will be replaced at no additional charge, with the Company providing a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the defective Product.
6. DATA AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
6.1. Members will maintain access to their data and account irrespective of their membership status.
6.2. Non-active Members will not be able to record new runs until membership is renewed.
6.3. Membership can be reinstated at any time to resume full service.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
7.2. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Member and the Company concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
