Turn on the sensor

Flip the switch towards the downward position. You should see lights flash if the sensor is charged.

Attach Aletheia

Attach the sensor, Aletheia, to your body in one of two ways:

(1) Use the embedded clip to fasten the sensor to your pants at the base of your spine (over your sacrum).

(2) Insert the sensor into the belt enclosure. Fasten the belt over your pants at the base of your spine (over your sacrum).

Ensure proper placement

Verify that the lights on the sensor are facing outward and the charge port is facing downward for optimal performance.

Connect the sensor

Open the Project Dasein app, click record run, and choose your sensor name from the list. Select your run settings, and off you GO! The sensor will wait 30 seconds, then begin recording sensor data.

End your run

Once you have completed a run session, you must click “end recording” inside of the app. Clicking this will begin the transfer of sensor data from the sensor to your connected mobile device.

Log

After the run, you will be prompted to log your energy level, specific pain points, and any significant notes for your workout.

Analyze

When the data has been fully transmitted, your force portrait and associated metrics will be available for your review.
